What Happens After Your Dreams Come True?
Now playing Skylar Grey’s: Stand By Me Manifestations, speaking things…
I’ve been stalling on making a new blog post because if you’re here and you noticed that my domain name has changed, then you’d know that this blogging thing just got serious 😁😁. I’ve been thinking of the best way to break the news without sounding dramatic and I’ve also questioned myself severally if I’m really really ready to be a full-time blogger because bruv, shit just got real (you know how I’d make whatever excuse there is to sound badass as ever).
It’s been an emotional December for me, I’m not even going to lie about it. So I graduated August this year, but I’ve been in school because of my yet unfinished project. Basically, everything I’ve been doing for the past months has my best girls involved in it. This week, we all decided it’s time to go meet our real families (a dramatic way of saying “go home”). It’s worse for my roommate and I because we know we have to move out of the room cos we’ve graduated and all, and things are not just going to be the same. I’m going to miss these girls constantly taunting me for playing big sister/mom. Well that aside, because I’m not about to flood here up with emotions. P.S soul sisters, if you get to read this just know its the only time I’d get to say I’d miss you guys.
So here’s me making an official announcement about my blogger life getting serious, I’m always in a process of figuring things out, so if this post comes out shaky to you, it’s me having a fresh start. I’m used to the “wordpress app” life but I’ve been told its different from the real world blogging kinda. So here’s to me and my blog and all the beautiful things I’d totally achieve before its 31st so I can make a post on “Things I’m grateful for”. Let’s continue the countless blog posts shall we, you guys are still with me on this journey yeah?
xoxo, White Nigerian Girl ❤
